Have tried this over the last few days while I'm recovering from an injury to my arm and shoulder. Its quite creamy , spreads really well, not greasy, though there is a smell of camphor when first applying , though this fades quite quickly as the cream dries in. Very soothing and no irritation to my skin which is a big plus for me. Never sure how much muscle relief is due to massaging though this seems to be doing well for me so far and none of the effects other products have had such as causing dry or irritated skin . Not sure this is for everyone though for me it's been good so far. Wasn't sure about the bee venom or whether it would cause allergic reactions , hasn't been a problem for me though may be worth bearing in mind.

I ordered the 5kind Bee Venom Cream as I do suffer from knee pain post run. Whilst I’ve never used bee venom cream before I was curious to try something different. I’ve started to use this product, which feels soothing on application, to the affected area and it has helped to ease my knee pain.The cream does absorbs quickly into the skin and feels lovely and smooth afterwards. It does recommend applying a generous amount 2-3 times a day. I also like the fresh smell the cream has to it.Certainly recommend to those seeking a massage cream to help with muscle or joint pain.

When I opened this pot of cream the first thing that struck me was the fragrance – it smells amazing, sort-of herby, and clean and fresh. It’s hard to describe. The scent alone makes it worth the price for me. Beyond that, the cream is airy light and absorbs so quickly it’s as if your skin is drinking it in. I often have aching joints and when I’ve massaged this into my knees or hips, it does make me feel better; I’m sure I experience less stiffness and discomfort.I’m a bee lover and am so glad that this bee venom is responsibly sourced and that the bees are cared for during the process of extraction, using a non-destructive process. I’m also grateful that I’m not allergic to bee stings and can benefit from this incredible natural product.

Bee venom massage cream is something I wasn’t sure I wanted to try. I read about how the bee venom was obtained and decided to try it. The cream itself is quite smooth and in between a cream and a gel. It has quite a strong medicinal smell, but I quite like it. I’ve been using a few times a day each day since receiving it. I do believe it works. I have so many aches and pains I’ve worked my way well through almost half of the jar. I want to say it’s expensive, but it is probably the right price. Unfortunately, it is a lot for me at the rate I go through it. My one complaint is that I would like to see it in a glass jar rather than the plastic that it comes in.

This bee venom cream is rich and contains actual bee venom, hence its price which may seem high. But the thing is, it is a quality massage cream and it is understood that to collect venom from bees must be a labour intensive task. I have only just received my jar, which I chose to review and I think it will take a few applications to assess for its effectiveness. But on first application from the jar, it does feel soothing and is absorbed easily into the skin. I believe this will prove to be helpful.
