Been using these for nearly 2 weeks as was starting to have regular panic attacks out of the blue. They've stopped and my anxiety has calmed slightly.

I was diagnosed with PMR (Polymyalgia Rheumatica) in 2015. Since then I have suffered almost constant (at times excruciating) pain in every joint of my body.
